PFL book Group meets in person on the 2nd Thursday of each month for a reading discussion. We select a pair of books – one fiction, one nonfiction – to discuss each month. The titles for Fall are selected in September, the titles for Spring in January. New members are always welcome! Find out more »The Friends of the Patten Free Library provide significant financial support to the PFL – a total of nearly $500,000 over the past 18 years. If you have not yet joined the Friends, membership applications are available at the library bookstore and on the Friends bulletin board in the library hallway.
