By submitting your material you are granting Patten Free Library:

Permission to add the materials to the Sagadahoc History & Genealogy Room collection where they will be made accessible to researchers in accordance with US Copyright Law.

Non-exclusive rights to make use of the materials, in whole or in part, in support of its non-profit, educational mission.

Permission to share the materials with partner organizations for non-profit, educational use.

You will retain copyright for all and any profit making purposes during your lifetime.
