September 15: Learn how to make buttercream using a stand mixer or hand mixer. You will also learn how to color your icing and use a bag to pipe it on mini flat cakes.
September 29: Learn all about different piping techniques! We will learn about the different types of tips and how to create borders, ropes, braids, simple rosettes, and kisses.
October 13: Learn how to decorate cupcakes with 4 different designs! We will swirl, create flat tops for decorating, flowers, and multi technique!
November 3: Learn how to stack a mini cake and cover with buttercream! You can choose between a smooth sided cake with fancy borders or a rosette cake!
