Volunteer

There are many volunteer opportunities available at the Patten Free Library. Anyone interested can either volunteer through the Friends of Patten Free Library, the library bookstore, or the volunteer system established at the Library.

Among the many opportunities available at the Library, volunteers are needed for shelving, shelf reading, Interlibrary Loan, delivering books to the homebound, assisting with children’s programs, and more. If interested, complete the Volunteer Application Form and return it to the Library. You may also pick up a form at the Library.  Take a look at our Volunteer Policy as well.

If you would like more information, please contact Carrie Hawks, Volunteer Coordinator at 443-5141 x14 or at chawks@patten.lib.me.us.
