Town History Series — Greatest Hits
On September 9th, the Sagadahoc History & Genealogy Room begins an occasional series that will show notable Town History Talks of the past. This begins with a screening of the 2007 talk by John G. Morse IV on the tidal mills that connected Bath and Phippsburg in Winnegance at 3 p.m. in the Community Room of Patten Free Library. Since Morse’s family had been involved with these mills for generations, he is able to explain just how this ancient technology worked. John will be at the showing and be available for questions after the screening.
