Nature topic/focus: During a visit to the Bowdoin College Coastal Studies Center, experts will accompany attendees on a journey to learn about rocks and minerals. The rocks that jut out by the waterline present a learning opportunity to illustrate how rocks are formed and how they create a habitat for many tiny creatures who live near the water line.
