Storybook Walks ~ Exploring Nature Through Story with the Kennebec Estuary Land Trust. Join naturalist, Becky Kolak, at the Thorne Head Preserve, 10:00am-11:30am, to read a story, to use your senses to explore the blooming understory, and create a nature kit to share your discoveries. Children are required to be accompanied by an adult. Long pants and closed‐toed shoes are recommended. To get to Thorne Head Preserve, go north on High Street which dead ends into the parking lot of the preserve. This program was generously supported by the Davenport Trust Fund.
