Come laugh and learn with your neighbors. Gather in the Reading Room for an evening of “lightning round talks” with a variety of speakers. Seven community members have 10 minutes each to present. After each speaker, there will be 5 minutes for Q & A, and then we’re off to the next topic! The lineup includes: Arctic Attitudes – Lessons from Winters in Norway: Marianne Vold; Native and Pollinator Gardens: kdb Dominguez; How to Fly for Free (or almost): Michael Ambler; Selections from the Fiction of PFL staff member Shannon Bowring; Couch-Surfing for a Small World: Katherine Bouttenot; Poetry Selections by library volunteer Ed Gray; and How to Fold a Fitted Sheet: Darreby Ambler.
Jokes provided by Ed McCarran. Homemade treats provided by library staff.
